Reporting Bugs

We work hard to bring you the best version of the app we can, but some bugs still slip through the cracks.

If Transit isn't working properly and you think you've found a bug, please send us an email to let us know so that we can get it fixed. 

How to Report a Bug: 

To get in touch, go to the About screen of the app.

  1. In the top right-hand corner of the screen, tap the gear icon (on iPhone) or the three dots (on Android).

  2. Select About on Android, or tap the Transit logo at the top of the screen on iOS. 
  3. Tap Send Feedback

Please include any screenshots you have, and as much information as possible about how to replicate the issue. We'll get back to you within one business day!
