Reporting Bugs

We work hard to bring you the best version of the app we can, but some bugs still slip through the cracks.

If Transit isn't working properly and you think you've found a bug, please send us an email to let us know so that we can get it fixed. 

How to Report a Bug: 

To get in touch, go to the About screen of the app:

  1. In the top left-hand corner of the screen, tap the gear icon. 

  2. Tap the Transit logo at the top of the screen:
